TheHoliday Inn Downtown Brooklyn needs updating. The furniture in the room is pretty outdated. Both the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. They give you a thin blanket that does not keep you warm. There were stains on the towels and sheet set. The ice machines were not working. The restaurant inside is very mid. It is not worth what they are charging per night

The hotel has a great location—there are shops, restaurants, and several metro stations from different lines nearby, so you can easily get to Times Square in about 20–25 minutes. The rooms are small but quite cozy, with a comfortable bed. In our room, a wall light kept turning on by itself, and the furniture was a bit scratched—but when you're in Brooklyn and Manhattan is just next door, do you really care about the furniture? The housekeeping team does a great job—everything in the room was spotless, and the next day our bed was neatly made. The bathroom was also very clean. Well done—you’re doing a great job!

I traveled two hours for a concert and this hotel Seemed to be the closest to the venue. Once booked I noticed the piece dropped for the same exact room.yet I was not offered any type of adjustment. The pricing for parking is wrong on the booking website. The front desk rep stated that it hadn’t been updated. They did not tell Me I’d be charged at the time of check in for parking which I thought would have be 38 or 42$ and it was 52$ . I noticed the next morning when I got my receipt under my door. The staff Wasn’t informative of the establishment at all. Front desk rep didn’t even let me know where the elevator was……which take very long to connect. Better off taking the stairs -_- The hallway reeked of marijuana, when I used the stairs to go back down to grab a drink, there was a rolled and smoked blunt in the stairway….the bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower floor. Wouldn’t book again.

Had problems at check-in because I booked with a 3rd party and didn’t expect to have additional check in fees. The staff was awesome! They were patient and polite as I went through it! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing!!!

If you are a group of broke college students this is perfect for you. Centrally located. And you can split the cost. Otherwise don’t bother. Room was dank and smaller than an NYC kitchen. Could barely get into the bathroom. Mattress pad was soiled. Floor smelled like urine. Will not be back.
